The hostel provides more comforts than expected, with towels, soap, and clean rooms. The staff is polite, helpful, and offers activity information. The location is convenient, close to the Mall and Main Bus Station. A coded gate ensures security. Communal areas are cozy and equipped with entertainment options.

The hotel had a great location, within walking distance of the beach and offered affordable rates. The outdoor area was great for relaxing and meeting other guests. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and the staff was friendly and accommodating.

There were a few drawbacks to our stay. The rooms were quite hot with minimal ventilation, and the beds were smaller than expected.

The location was decent, being close to the beach for surfers and a few shops. the common area was also conveniently located near our room. We enjoyed the large windows in our room, which provided plenty of natural light.

The cleanliness of the bathroom was a major issue. There was hair from a previous guest left behind and the towels smelled of body odor.

Location was close to restaurants and malls. Parking was safe.

We had to buy our own mugs as the ones in the kitchen were chipped.

We had a pleasant stay at Saltycrax Backpackers. The room itself was clean and comfortable, with plenty of cupboard space and a bar fridge. The ensuite had both a bath and a shower, which was great. The privacy in the room was also good. we enjoyed our time here.

The noise from the TV lounge and the large kitchen area was a bit loud at times, and the windows looked out onto the passage of the dormitories, so we had to keep the curtains drawn for privacy. The TV in the room also gave us some trouble, but the manager on duty was able to fix it after a few attempts.

This hotel exceeded our expectations with its luxurious amenities. the room was spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained. the serene garden area was the perfect spot to relax after a day of sightseeing. the service was exceptional, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant stay. the outdoor dining area and BBQ facilities made for a delightful evening under the stars.

this didn't detract from our overall experience.
